I co-invest in the deal for a minority stake, so your out-of-pocket cost for expert help can be low or even zero. You keep control. The stake is yours to buy back when you are ready. Structure is flexible, deal by deal.

Flat advisory fee
Want to keep 100% ownership from day one? Pay a flat, white-glove advisory fee and I represent you through close. No percentage of the deal, no surprises.
